Englischer Begriff: gastroduodenostomy
Bildung einer Anastomose zwischen Magen u. Zwölffingerdarm zur Umgehung eines nicht resezierbaren hohen Zwölffingerdarmgeschwürs (Ulcus duodeni), aber auch nach Geschwürentfernung (Ulkusexzision), bei Pyloroplastik (z.B. nach Heinecke-Mikulicz, Finney [s.a. Gastroenterostomie, dort Abb.], Judd, Moshel) u. nach Pförtnerentfernung (Pylorektomie) bzw. distaler Magenresektion i.S. der Billroth-Operation I. S.a. Antirefluxplastik (dort Abb.).
